Vegetables are an extremely important part of your diet, they provide lots of fiber,
vitamins and trace elements, that act as co-factors for enzymes in your cells
especially the mitochondria, which are the source of energy for your cells, especially your brain.
1. V8 Fusion: it counts as 1 serving of a fruit and a vegetable and is delicious!! But just tell them it is fruit juice.
2. Smoothies: go onto YouTube or Pinterest or just Google or Bing on how to Make a smoothie with fruits and vegetables. It will be Yummy. Tell them it is a milkshake!!
3. Books on how to add vegetables into food so kids do not notice!! They both have written several books that you can get at the library or buy at a bookstore or buy online. 4. Or just use your favorite search engine: google, bing, yahoo, AOL and just do a search for ‘How to get kids to eat vegetables’
